Water isn't wet. Water can make things wet, but water itself is not wet. You don't call your sink wet when it's running with water, but if you spill water on your sink by accident, you call it wet, so I can conclude that water isn't wet. Need more proof? Ice is frozen water; when it melts you call the ice wet right? Do you call the water wet if it's on the floor? No, you call the floor wet because it has the water on it, the water isn't wet, it's making the floor wet. Now if there was a visible water droplet on top of another water droplet, then the water would be wet, only because the water droplet is on the surface of the other water droplet, not because it's water. If you think water is wet, then you have no chances of getting anywhere in an educated life; all colleges will reject you, your teachers won't write any recommendations, and if you're in high school, won't get a high school diploma, which is just a useless piece of paper that doesn't give a clear explanation of your usefulness in high school or in future colleges or jobs.
