Any private accounts will be ignored, or any obvious bot/hacked accounts, because you're nothing but useless, and those users with private accounts, do you have any balls to show yourselves thou?
also, if you're adding me as a friend without any tie-ins or previous connections, it'll highly likely be declined, but not for certain conditions (e.g. played a game earlier in same lobby or server [still slim chances])
