Canada History: Massasauga Hills
Named after one of the few venomous snakes indigenous to Canada, Massasauga Hills is home to VIPER's Project Awakening, where VIPER is training “mentalist” soldiers that have undergone experiments to unlock their latent psychic and psionic potential. VIPER’s brigade of mentalists include precognitives able to see the future, but their designs are still a long way from being perfected.
