Ruirized
This is the advanced version of "I use My Head": Play a decently difficult osu! beatmap only with your head, and catch most notes. The first time I saw Ruu (Ruirize on Twitch), he played an osu! beatmap, with Sliders and Spinners, using only his head. So he truly earned to have his own achievement.
